As a personal trainer & nutrition coach for a decade, having helped hundreds of women lose weight,
I am not a therapist.
I am not a psychiatrist.
However, I found that nearly every fitness program that existed didn't even come close to addressing the actual mindset issues that were standing in the way of their clients.
They focused on surface level solutions like “macros”, meal plans, and workouts.
On the other hand, therapists offered massive help with the mental health aspect, but did not provide any guidance on lifestyle changes nor were they able to provide the daily support that clients needed to navigate life's hurdles when it came to nutritional habits.

On average clients can lose between 20-30lbs in the minimum coaching program. Nothing is guaranteed, because it depends on your adherence and coachability, but you cannot fail at this!
Being nervous before a big change is totally normal. I would highly suggest having a no commitment free consult call to see if we are the right fit!
Again, this is about actually getting & keeping results. We work together for 4-6 months minimum, but after that we can continue for as long as you like :)
